Hydraulic Brake Booster: Installation

- Install the gasket. See Figure.
- Install the booster assembly.
- Install the 4 booster to bulkhead nuts. Tighten the nuts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the stoplight switch. See STOPLIGHT SWITCH .
- Install the master cylinder. See MASTER CYLINDER .
- Connect the return hose, the steering gear, and the inlet hoses.
- Bleed the hydraulic booster system. See HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE BLEEDING under LUBRICATION in the appropriate POWER RECIRCULATING BALL article in STEERING.
- Release the park brake and unblock the wheels.
