Brake Pedal: Removal

  1. Remove the steering column at the support bracket. See appropriate STEERING COLUMNS article in STEERING.
  2. Remove the brake pedal pivot bolt and discard the bolt.
  3. Remove the brake pedal.
  4. Inspect the brake pedal pivot bushing for damage or wear.
