Brake Caliper - Front Single Piston: Assembly

  1. Lubricate the piston, piston seal and the brake caliper bore with clean brake fluid.
  2. Install the piston seal.
  3. Install the boot on the piston.
  4. Install the piston in the caliper bore.
  5. Using Piston Seal Installer (J-26267), install the front caliper piston boot.
  6. Install the bleeder valve. Tighten the bleeder valve to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
