Parking Brake Hardware: Installation

NOTE:
Apply a high temperature silicone lubricant to all of the brake component metal contact points (where brake shoe metal contacts the backing plate, wheel cylinder and adjustment strut, etc.) prior to installation.
Replace parking brake hardware components as necessary. Install drum brake shoes and hardware. See REAR BRAKE SHOES . Install brake drum. See REAR BRAKE DRUM .
