Brake Booster: Installation

  1. Install gasket.
  2. Install booster assembly.
  3. Install booster mounting nuts. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Connect pushrod to brake pedal.
  5. Install master cylinder.
  6. Install master cylinder nuts. Tighten to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  7. Connect power steering hoses to the booster. Tighten to specification.
  8. Connect reservoir hose to booster.
  9. Bleed hydraulic brake booster.
  10. Release parking brake.
