Vacuum Hose Harness: Installation

  1. Position the vacuum hose harness. Install the vacuum hose harness clip screw. Tighten the harness clip screw. Connect the blue hose to the defroster actuator. See Fig 2.
  2. Connect the green hose to the defroster actuator. Connect the violet hose to the vacuum tank. Connect the orange hose to the recirculation actuator. See Fig 2.
  3. Connect the yellow hose to the mode actuator. See Fig 1. Connect the red hose to the mode actuator. Install the vacuum hose harness clips to the HVAC module assembly. Install the HVAC module assembly. See HVAC MODULE ASSEMBLY .
