Installation (Heater Door)

  1. Install the heater door to the HVAC module case. See Figure. Install the heater case cover shroud. Install the heater door case cover screws. Tighten the screws to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Install the heater door linkage to the heater door.
  2. Install the heater core. Install the heater core bracket and screw. Tighten the screws to specification. Install the heater core case cover. Install the heater core case cover screws Tighten the screws to specification. Install the HVAC module assembly.
