Fuel Filler Tube: Removal

- Drain the fuel tank. See FUEL TANK DRAINING . Open the fuel filler door and remove fuel filler cap. Remove the sealing ring from around the fuel filler tube. Raise the vehicle.
- Remove the wheel house opening fuel filler tube cover. Remove the bolt (7) from the fuel filler tube ground wire. Loosen the fuel filler tube hose clamp.
- Remove the fuel filler tube from the fuel filler hose. In order to remove the fuel filler hose removal of the fuel tank is necessary. See FUEL TANK .
