Removal & Installation (3.1L & 3.4L)

  1. Remove the upper engine mount. Remove serpentine drive belt. Remove power steering pump. See POWER STEERING PUMP  . Remove pulley using Pulley Remover (J-25034-C).
  2. To install, use Pulley Installer Set (J-25033-C) to push pulley onto pump shaft until pulley is flush with end of pump shaft. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
