Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor: Installation

- Install the sensor into the fuel rail with a NEW "O" ring. Lubricate the "O" ring with petroleum jelly. Support the fuel rail flange with a back-up wrench while tightening the sensor with a Crowsfoot and torque wrench. Tighten the sensor to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Connect the sensor electrical connector. Install the negative battery cable(s). Tighten cable bolt(s) to specification. Start the vehicle and inspect for CNG fuel leaks at the serviced fitting using Combustible Gas Detector or an equivalent leak detector. Install the engine sight shield.
