Removal & Installation (4.8L, 5.3L & 6.0L)

NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis refer to number in illustrations

Remove the engine cover. Disconnect the MAP sensor electrical connector. Remove the MAP sensor (1) from the intake manifold. See Fig 1. Lightly coat the MAP sensor with clean engine oil before installing the sensor. To install, reverse removal procedure.
