Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolts.
    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the accessory drive belt tensioner bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  4. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory .
