Installation (Left)

  1. Install the engine mount to the engine mount frame bracket. SeeFigure. Install the bolts retaining the engine mount and tighten the engine mount bolts to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  2. Install the engine mount bracket to the engine block. Install the bolts retaining the engine mount bracket. Tighten the engine mount bracket bolts to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  3. Lower the engine until the engine mount through-bolt can be inserted. Install the engine mount through-bolt and the nut. Tighten the through-bolt nut to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  4. Install the engine oil cooler pipes retaining bracket to the engine mount bracket. Install the engine oil cooler pipes to the retaining bracket. Tighten the retaining bracket bolts to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
  5. Remove the pole jack from the vehicle. Lower the vehicle. Connect both the battery negative cables to the batteries and tighten cables to specifications. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
