Drive Belt: Removal

  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Remove the coolant recovery bottle bolt. Remove the coolant recovery bottle and set aside. Install a 3/8 inch drive wrench on the tensioner arm and rotate the arm counterclockwise.
  2. Remove the drive belt from the drive pulleys. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 . Slowly release the tension on the tensioner arm.
