EGR Valve Throttle Solenoid: Installation

- Install the solenoid and bolt. Tighten the bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Connect the EGR throttle valve vacuum lines. Connect the EGR throttle valve solenoid electrical connector.
- Install the charged air cooler outlet duct to the intake. Align the mark on the duct with the mark on the turbocharger. Position the clamp for proper clearance. Tighten the clamp to specification. Connect the negative battery cables. Tighten battery cable bolts to specification.
