Removal (Cab & Chassis)

Relieve the fuel pressure by removing fuel fill cap. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect the fuel pipes from the fuel cooler. See QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS (METAL COLLAR) . Remove the retaining nuts from the chassis crossmember. Remove the fuel cooler. See Fig 1.
