Air Intake Pipe: Removal

  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER OUTLET DUCT . Remove the glow plug relay. See GLOW PLUG RELAY  under MOTORS, RELAYS & SOLENOIDS.
  2. Remove Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve hose. Remove the air intake pipe to turbocharger bolts. Remove the air intake pipe from the turbocharger. See Figure.
