Removal (4.8L, 5.3L & 6.0L)

  1. Loosen the clamp and separate the air cleaner resonator outlet duct at the Mass Air Flow/Intake Air Temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor. Loosen the clamp and separate the air cleaner resonator outlet duct from the throttle body.
  2. Remove the radiator inlet hose clamp from the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. Remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. See Figure.
