Removal (4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L & 8.1L)

- Remove the air cleaner resonator outlet duct. See AIR CLEANER RESONATOR OUTLET DUCT .
- Disconnect the Mass Airflow/Intake Air Temperature (MAF/IAT) sensor electrical connector.
- Pull up on the air cleaner assembly in order to release the retainers from the air cleaner adaptor.
- If necessary, loosen the MAF/IAT clamp and remove the MAF/IAT sensor.
