EVAP Canister Purge Solenoid: Installation

NOTE:
Be sure to install a NEW "O" ring on the EVAP purge solenoid.
Partially open the throttle. Position the EVAP canister purge solenoid on the intake manifold and install the retainer bolt. Tighten the EVAP canister purge solenoid retaining bolt to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS . Allow the throttle to close. Connect the EVAP canister purge pipe. Connect the EVAP canister purge valve electrical connector.
