Engine Coolant Crossover Pipe: Removal

  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Lift and support the intake manifold. Refer REMOVAL .
  3. Drain the engine coolant. Refer to DRAINING THE COOLING SYSTEM .
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector at the coolant bridge.
  5. Disconnect the coolant hoses at the coolant bridge.

  6. Remove the coolant bridge bolts.
  7. Remove the coolant bridge.
  8. Remove all 4 seals at the coolant bridge.
