Variable Drive Pulley Opening Cover: Installation

  1. Inspect case cover seal on drive pulley cover for damage. See Fig 1 . Replace if necessary.
  2. Install a new variable drive pulley opening cover seal. See Figure .
  3. Install a new variable drive pulley opening cover seal (outer).
  4. Install drive pulley cover and then tighten case cover assembly bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
