Start-up ECT is less than 50°C (122°F).
Engine has been off for more than 150 seconds.
Intake Air Temperature (IAT) is -22 to 113°F (-30 to 45°C).
Engine is running.
Engine speed is more than 960 RPM.
Vehicle is driven more than 9 MPH (15 km/h).
Fuel cutoff is not active.
More than 3 kg of air has passed through the engine.
