Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the bucket seat from the seat risers. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket .
    NOTE: Note the position and length of the bolts you remove. This will assist with reassembly.
  2. Remove the bolts that retain the seat back hinges to the seat cushion frame. Refer to Seat Back Frame Replacement - Front .
  3. Remove the J-hooks that retain the seat cushion cover and pad to the seat cushion frame.
    NOTE: Note the locations of the hog rings for reassembly.
  4. Remove the hog rings that retain the seat cushion cover and pad to the seat cushion frame.
  5. Remove the seat cushion cover and pad from the seat cushion frame. See Figure.

  6. Remove the hog rings that retain the seat cushion cover to the pad. See Figure.
  7. Remove the seat cushion cover from the pad.
