Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Bucket .
  2. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame. Refer to Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC5 and YC6)  or Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (YC7)  .
  3. Disconnect the lumbar plate cable (1) from the lumbar plate. See Fig 1.

  4. Pull rearward on the lumbar plate corners to release it from the seat back frame. See Fig 2.

  5. Remove the lumbar plate from the seat back frame. See Fig 3.
