Installation Procedure

  1. Install the drive belt tensioner (1).
    CAUTION: Refer toFASTENER NOTICE .
    2. Fig 1: Installing Drive Belt Tensioner & Bolt

  2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt (2).

    Tighten 

    Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolt to 50 N.m (37 ft lbs).

  3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
