Low Fuel

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire, 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) illuminates the low fuel indicator when the IPC detects that the fuel level is less than 14 percent. The indicator is an LED on the fuel gauge. The IPC receives a class 2 message indicating fuel level percent from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
