Low Pressure Regulator

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Sunfire, 2003 Pontiac Grand Am, 2003 Oldsmobile Alero, and 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

Fuel enters the Low Pressure Regulator (LPR) at the intermediate stage pressure of 110-210 psi (758-1448 kPa). The LPR reduces the fuel pressure down to about 40 psi (276 kPa). The fuel exits the LPR and flows to the CNG fuel rail.
