Hot Water By-Pass Valve: Removal

- Drain the engine coolant. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Remove the hose clamps from the outlet hose and the inlet hose using the Hose Clamp Pliers. See Figure.
- Disconnect the vacuum line from the bypass valve. Remove the heater inlet hose and the outlet hose from the bypass valve. See Figure. Remove the bypass valve from the vehicle.
