Hot Water By-Pass Valve: Installation

  1. Install the bypass valve to the vehicle. Connect the heater inlet hose and the outlet hose to the bypass valve. See Fig 2. Install the hose clamps using the Hose Clamp Pliers. See Fig 1.
  2. Connect the vacuum line to the bypass valve. Fill the engine coolant.
