Fuel Pump Removal (LLT or LCS)

  1. Remove the fuel rail noise shield.
  2. Fig 2: Identifying Fuel Feed Pipe & Bracket

  3. Remove the fuel rail wiring connectors from the fuel feed pipe bracket.
  4. Remove the fuel feed pipe bolts.
  5. Remove the fuel feed pipe.

  7. Remove the LH to RH fuel rail crossover pipe.

  9. Remove and discard high pressure fuel line. - LH Cylinder Head

  11. Remove and discard high pressure fuel pump bolts (1). - LH Cylinder Head
  12. Remove the high pressure fuel pump (2). - LH Cylinder Head
  13. Remove the valve lifter follower (3). - LH Cylinder Head
  14. Remove and discard the high pressure fuel pump gasket (4). - LH Cylinder Head
  15. Remove and discard the high pressure fuel pump O-ring (5). - LH Cylinder Head
