Conditions for Running the DTC

Condition 1
- Before the ECM can report DTC P2270 or P2272 failed, DTCs P0036, P0037, P0038, P0056, P0057, P0058, P0137, P0138, P0140, P0141, P0157, P0158, P0160, P0161, P0341, P0342, P0343, P0346, P0347, P0348, P0366, P0367, P0368, P0391, P0392, P0393, P0443, P0458, and P0459 must run and pass.
- DTC P0461, P0462, P0463, P2066, P2067, or P2068 is not set.
- The ignition voltage is greater than 10 volts.
- The engine has cycled ON and OFF between 6-16 times dependent on coolant temperature.
- The engine speed is greater than 25 RPM.
- The rear HO2S voltage has gone below 0.4 volts at least once.
- DTC P2270 and P2272 run continuously once the above conditions are met for approximately 10 minutes.
Condition 2
- Before the ECM can report DTC P2270 or P2272 failed, DTCs P0036, P0037, P0038, P0056, P0057, P0058, P0137, P0138, P0140, P0141, P0157, P0158, P0160, P0161, P0341, P0342, P0343, P0346, P0347, P0348, P0366, P0367, P0368, P0391, P0392, P0393, P0443, P0458, and P0459 must run and pass.
- DTC P0461, P0462, P0463, P2066, P2067, or P2068 is not set.
- The rear HO2S voltage has gone above 0.52 volts at least once.
- The MAF sensor is between 9-33 g/s.
- The canister purge is not enabled.
- The engine is not operating in decel fuel cut-off (DFCO).
- DTC P2270 and P2272 run continuously once the above conditions are met for approximately 20 minutes.
