Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate HO2S 1.
  2. Ignition ON, test for 2-3.5V between the reference voltage circuit terminal 6 and ground.
    • If less than the specified range, test the reference voltage circuit for an open, or a short to ground. If the circuit tests normal, replace the ECM.
  3. If all circuits test normal, replace the appropriate HO2S 1.
