Circuit/System Testing

  1. Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate HO2S 1.
  2. Connect a 3 A fused jumper wire between the reference voltage circuit terminal 6 and low reference circuit terminal 2.
  3. Test for greater than 1 V between the input pump current circuit terminal 4 and ground.
    • If less than the specified range, test the input pump current circuit for an open. If the circuit tests normal, replace the ECM.
  4. If all circuits test normal, replace the appropriate HO2S 1.
