Installation Procedure

Install the radiator surge tank outlet hose into the vehicle.
Using J 38185: Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the radiator surge tank outlet hose clamp (1) and install the radiator surge tank outlet hose (2) to the air separator.

Using J 38185: Hose Clamp Pliers reposition the radiator surge tank outlet hose clamp (1) and install the radiator surge tank outlet hose (2) to the radiator surge tank.
Install the drive motor power inverter module bracket. Refer to Generator Control Module Bracket Replacement .
Fill the generator control module cooling system. Refer to Generator Control Module Cooling System Draining and Filling .
