Installation Procedure

  1. Install the sleeves and insulators to the BPMV module assembly, if removed.
  2. Install the BPMV module assembly to the bracket (1).

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the 2 BPMV bolts (1) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

  4. Position the BPMV module and bracket assembly to the vehicle frame.
  5. Install the BPMV bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
