Installation Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  1. Position the tensioner and install the tensioner bolts. Tighten the bolts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).
  2. Tighten the idler pulley. Tighten the idler pulley bolt to 58 N.m (43 lb ft).
  3. Install the engine harness channel bolt.
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement (LY7)  or Drive Belt Replacement (LCS) .
