Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side

  1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket.
  2. Install the exhaust manifold.
    3. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the exhaust manifold bolts and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).

  4. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.
  5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  6. Install the spark plugs and tighten to 15 N.m (11 lb ft).
  7. Install the spark plug wires.
  8. Install the heated oxygen sensor and tighten to 42 N.m (31 lb ft).
