Installation Procedure

  1. Install the rear transmission mount bracket (2).
    2. CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  2. Install the rear transmission mount bracket bolts (1 and 4) and tighten to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).
  3. Install the rear transmission mount bracket bolts (3) and tighten to 100 N.m (74 lb ft).

  4. Install the heat shield bolts and shield and tighten the bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  5. Install the rear transmission mount. Refer to Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (FWD)  or Transmission Rear Mount Replacement (AWD) .
