Preliminary Procedures Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to Front Side Door Trim Panel Replacement . Remove the water deflector.
1	Front Side Door Check Link to Body Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 20 N.m (18 lb ft)
2	Front Side Door Check Link Bolt (Qty: 2) Tighten: 7 N.m (62 lb in)
3	Front Side Door Check Link Tip: Remove the check link from the door through the center opening.
