Suction Hose Replacement (HP5)

Preliminary Procedures Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (With HP5) or Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (Without HP5) . Raise and support the vehicle as necessary. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
1	A/C Suction Line Fastener (Qty: 2) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 16 N.m (12 lb ft)
2	A/C Suction Line. Procedure Ensure to cap all HVAC line/hose connections immediately after removal to avoid contamination. Refer to Handling of Refrigerant Lines and Fittings . Relocate any wiring or fasteners as necessary. Rotate the suction line to gain clearance for removal. Install new sealing washers. Refer to Air Conditioning System Seal Replacement
