Roof Panel Joint Finish Molding Replacement (w/V59)

1 Roof Center Drip Front Molding Assembly

Procedure

  1. Remove the luggage carrier rails. Refer to Luggage Carrier Replacement .
  2. Remove the roof panel exterior molding starting at the rear of the molding while releasing the three integral retainers.
  3. Release the molding retainers from the body panel.
  4. Upon installation, position the front retainer into the panel, then secure the other three.
  5. Secure the molding working from the front edge to the rear by pressing firmly the molding retainers into the body panel.
2 Roof Center Drip Rear Molding Assembly

Procedure

  1. Remove the roof panel exterior molding starting at the rear of the molding while releasing the integral retainer.
  2. Release the molding retainer from the body panel.
  3. Upon installation, position the rear retainer into the panel, and secure.
  4. Press the remaining molding into the roof panel.
3 Roof Rear Drip Molding Assembly

Procedure

  1. Remove the roof panel exterior molding starting at the rear of the molding while releasing the integral retainer.
  2. Release the molding retainer from the body panel.
  3. Upon installation, position the retainer into the panel, and secure.
  4. Press the remaining molding into the roof panel.
4 Roof Front Drip Molding

Procedure

  1. Remove the roof panel exterior molding starting at the rear of the molding then release the integral retainer.
  2. Upon installation, position the retainer into the panel, and secure.
  3. Press the remaining molding into the roof panel.
