DTC B1480: Battery Rundown Protection Circuit Malfunction: Description

Battery rundown protection function allows BCM to disable courtesy lights 20 minutes after ignition is turned off. DTC will set when Inadvertent Power Relay control circuit is shorted to ground. When there is an open or short to battery voltage on Inadvertent Power Relay ground circuit. An open CTSY LP fuse (20-amp) or open in battery supply circuit to Inadvertent Power Relay. These conditions must be met for 0.5 seconds
