Preliminary Procedure: Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging .
1	Hose A/C Evaporator Nut NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 20 N.m (15 lb ft)
2	A/C Evaporator Hose
3	A/C Receiver Dehydrator Tube Assembly
4	Sealing Washer Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
5	Sealing Washer Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement .
6	Thermal Expansion Valve (TXV) Bolts Tighten: 8 N.m (71 lb in)

8	A/C Evaporator Seal Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Refer to O-Ring Replacement .
9	A/C Evaporator Seal Tip: Remove and discard the seal. Refer to O-Ring Replacement .
