- TCC solenoid valve inoperative
- Torque converter one-way clutch inoperative
- Torque converter one-way clutch slipping
- Engine output low
- Engine throttle valve closed
- Lock-up clutch piston inoperative
- Lock-up shift valve inoperative

- Inspect for a stuck lock-up valve in the valve body.
- Perform an engine output/diagnostic test to determine if the engine is operating to specification.
