Test Description

The numbers below refer to the step numbers on the diagnostic table.
- 2: This step determines if an active malfunction exists.
- 4: This step verifies the integrity of the HO2S signal circuit. When the HO2S 2 is disconnected and the ignition is ON, the scan tool display should be 1,275 millivolts.
- 6: This step is testing for a lean fueling condition or the cause of a lower than normal sensor voltage.
