Removal Procedure

  1. Disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the exhaust camshaft position (CMP) sensor.

  2. Remove the CMP sensor bolt. (Intake CMP shown, exhaust CMP similar).
  3. Remove the CMP sensor.
