Installation Procedure

  1. Install the catalytic converter.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  2. Install the converter nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 18 N.m (13 lb ft).

  3. Move the radiator assembly to its original position.
  4. Install the exhaust manifold pipe. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Pipe Replacement (3.5L (L66)) .

  5. Connect the O2 sensors (1, 2).

  6. Install the front lower air deflector.
  7. Lower the vehicle.
