Removal & Installation

Loosen the outlet duct clamp at the upper intake manifold cover. Remove he upper intake manifold cover from the outlet duct. Remove the upper intake manifold cover. Remove the intake air heater harness connector nut. Remove the intake air heater from the inlet pipe. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
