Removal & Installation (Cab & Chassis)

Raise the vehicle. Disconnect the fuel pipes from the fuel cooler. See QUICK CONNECT FITTINGS (METAL COLLAR) . Remove the retaining nuts from the chassis crossmember. Remove the fuel cooler. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
